A quick snack for the family.
Some peas from the freezer and carrot sticks.
Mix some wholemeal or whole grain flour with some water (optional: an egg), salt to taste. The batter should not be runny like pancake. Add carrot sticks and peas into batter and mix well.
Heat up oil for deep frying.
Adust temperature to medium. Spoon a tablespoonful of mixture and deepfry till golden. Serve with a sweet sour chilisauce.
