Typical Swabian Dish

This is a typical swabian  meal ... Pork roast with potato salad ( german Schweinebraten mit kartoffelsalat).
In Schwäbisch (dialect) -Schwoibrade mid kardoffl salad ) 

Roast pork served with salads which is a combination of  potato salad (swabian potato salad of course) and cucumbers. Or with spaetzle (swabian pasta) instead of potato salad. Most important, the whole plate should be swimming in brown sauce.
