Swiss Roll Mania !!

Think I caught the swiss roll virus that's been circulating around.

Made 2 versions - a classic sponge and a chiffon method.
I personally prefer the roll from classic sponge method.

This a classic sponge method using :-
4 eggs
100g sugar 
100g all purpose flour
1 tbsp cornflour


Filling : fresh cheese and lemon zest. 
Dressed with chocolate

With chiffon method roll, I have used fresh flowers - Borage and lavender
Filling was fresh cheese and black currant jam.
