Quick Easy 'Steamed' Fish

Cooking with microwave is not my usual way of preparing food.
But I was desperately hungry. One cannot get far with a cup of cold cooked rice.

Since the fish filets were defrosted and had to be consumed as soon as possible, one just need a quickmix sauce.

Sauce:
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp sojasauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Dash of fresh milled pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1or 2 sticks of spring onion
*2-3 thin slices of fresh ginger (if available)

Cut spring onions into fine rings or slice 1 inch lengths and set aside. Mix all other ingredients together.

*Place fresh ginger slices on bottom of a deep microwave-proof dish - this will prevent the fish from sticking onto the dish.

Place fish into dish, making sure that they do not overlap to ensure even cooking.  Microwave for 3 mins (time might differ depending on individual mw oven.)  When fish is cooked (meat is thoroughly white), discard water in the dish. Why ?   The liquid is very fishy.  Taste it if you like :-)
Sprinkle spring onions over filets and distribute the sauce evenly all over and serve with rice, warmed up in microwave of course.
