Dim Sum - Har Gao
Dim Sum - Har Gao
My 'heart warmer'.
For the uninitiated, Dim Sum may be some odd looking dishes with new tastes and new way of eating. If you have a chance to experience this chinese 'Brunch', go for it !
Usually, there is no menu. The prepared dishes (as much as 20 or more varieties)are usually ordered off carts that are pushed around the dining room. The dishes are small so you will always have room for even more. The dishes may look odd and strange but not to worry. They are all edible :-)
Har Gao is one of my favourite.....
Dipped in black vinegar and ginger shreds
Heavenly !!
